Shahbaaz Khan Mr. Hashim Hussain ... for the de fecto complainant Ms. Sujata Das Mr. Abhinaba Mukherjee ... for the State Mr. Ganguly, learned senior advocate assails order granting anticipatory bail. He contends that the learned judge had not taken into consideration the criminal antecedents and other relevant factors while granting anticipatory bail. Learned lawyer for the State and the de-facto complaint submits that charge-sheet has been filed in respect of bailable offences.

In view of the aforesaid development, we are of the opinion the prayer for cancellation of anticipatory bail on merits is unfounded. With regard to post bail conduct, it is open to the petitioner to agitate his grievances before the learned Magistrate in accordance with law, if so advised.
