The petitioner seeks correction of record of rights on the premise that the private respondent has recorded his name in the record of rights by producing fake and forged deed before the authority.

The petitioner seeks to withdraw the writ petition and approach the appropriate forum for redressal of her grievance.

In view of the above, the writ petition, being WPA 16684 of 2023 is dismissed for non-prosecution. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum for redressal of her grievance. There shall however, be no order as to costs.
