Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that considering the police filed charge sheet and the period of detention, the prayer for bail should be considered.

Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that a differently abled girl of 12 years of age was sexually abused by the petitioner. He draws the attention of the Court to the statements recorded under Section 164 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the victim taken with the assistance of the instructor.

Considering the materials in the case diary and considering the statements recorded under Section 164 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the victim, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

Prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. CRM 7321 of 2021 is dismissed.
