Mr. Jayanta Samanta Mr. Kushal Biswas ...for the State It appears that an inadvertent typographical error had ssi Ct 14 crept into the order dated 26.07.2023 passed by this Court. At the heading of the order-sheet, the names of the learned advocates appearing on behalf of the State were not recorded. On that date, Mr. Jayanta Samanta and Mr. Kushal Biswas represented the State. It shall be deemed that those names have been incorporated in the order dated 26.07.2023.

The inadvertent typographical error is hereby corrected and the order dated 26.07.2023 shall always be read conjointly with this order.
