In the 3rd line of paragraph no. 10 at page 4 of the Judgment dated 13.03.2025 "respondent Nos. 1 to 3/claimants" shall be read as "respondent Nos. 1 to 3/claimants wherein respondent no. 3 had been a minor".

Other portions of the judgment remain unaltered.

Department is directed to make necessary correction to that effect in the order dated 13.03.2025.

Copy of the order be sent to the Department for immediate compliance.
