By an order passed on May 16, 2023, this Court directed that all further proceedings relating to Khardah Police Station Case No. 457 of 2021 dated August 02, 2021 (G.R.No. 6537 of 2021) under Sections 341/323/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code pending before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barrackpore are hereby quashed.

In the present revisional application, petitioners have prayed for quashing the same identical proceedings pending before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barrackpore.

Since the entire proceeding of G.R.No. 6537 of 2021 arising out of Khardah Police Station Case No. 457 of 2021 dated August

02, 2021 has been quashed by this Court vide an order passed on May 16, 2023 in CRR No. 1702 of 2021, nothing further remains to be adjudicated in the present application and as such, the instant application is disposed of.
