Petitioners are in custody for 284 days. It is submitted petitioner no.1 has not been identified in T. I. Parade. They pray for bail.

Learned Advocate for the State disputes such fact and submits both the petitioners have been identified in T. I. Parade. Stolen articles were recovered from them. We have considered the materials on record. T. I. Parade report shows petitioners were identified and stolen booty was recovered from them.

In view of the aforesaid incriminating materials on record and gravity of offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners at this stage.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioners is rejected.
