1. The petitioner has field the present application being CAN 1 of 2025 praying for recalling of the order dated 30th June, 2025 wherein, this Court has dismissed the writ application for default for non-appearance of the petitioners at the time of call.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the learned counsel could not appear before this Court due to illness and immediately when the petitioner came to know that the matter was dismissed by this Court, the petitioner has filed the present application on 28th July, 2025.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the application. This Court finds that

sufficient cause has been shown for non-appearance of the learned counsel for the petitioner on the date fixed.

4. Accordingly, the order dated 30th June, 2025 is recalled.

5. WPA 17607 of 2024 is restored in its original file.

6. CAN 1 of 2025 is disposed of.

7. Let the writ application be listed on 23th March, 2026 under the heading "New Motion".
