Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that considering the relationship between the victim and some other person and considering the period of detention of the petitioner prayer for bail should be allowed. Learned Advocate appearing for State draws the attention of the Court to the contents in the case diary. Considering the materials in the case diary and particularly the statement recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and the complicity of the petitioner

in the incident, we are unable to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail, C.R.M. 7329 of 2021, is rejected.
