Mr. Mahendra Prasad Gupta Mr. Shyamal Kumar Mitra Ms. Antara Panja Ms. Supriya Mahajan ... for the petitioner Ms. Golapi Chhari Mr. Arnab Neogi Mr. Asish Datta ..for the respdts.4-7 Upon perusal of the notice dated August 2, 2022 issued by the Sale Officer, Balitikuri Co-operative Bank Limited, as also the cash deposit receipt acknowledging payment of the loan amount of Rs.2,50,000/- issued by the Bank, this writ petition is disposed of accordingly:- a) The allegations in this writ petition do not survive as the alleged sale notice has not been given effect to.

b) The bank is willing to postpone the said sale, as talks of settlement are going on. The petitioner has expressed her willingness to pay.

c) Part payment has been received by the bank.

Further actions as may be permitted by law, may be taken by the bank authorities, if settlements fail ultimately. The issues raised have not been gone into on merits.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties are to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
