Petitioner approached this court for interference in 11.08.2025 Court No. 35 M/L. No.769 Rakib connection with the enquiry/investigation being carried on by the Directorate of Economic Office, Government of West Bengal. The grievance of the petitioner was in respect of the reminder notices which were sent for meeting the investigation officer associated with the Directorate of Economic Offences Wing, Government of West Bengal.

Mr. Dutta, learned advocate appears on behalf of the State.

Having considered that the said notices were issued on or about June, 2024 and more than 14 months have passed, I am of the view that no interference is called for. Petitioner would be at liberty to exhaust the statutory remedies in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 17603 of 2024 is disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
