The short and limited grievance has been raised by the petitioner in this writ petition that it has made an application on 4th March, 2023 before the Electricity authority concerned for connection of electricity on commercial basis and in spite of passing of five months, till date no electricity connection has been provided to the petitioner. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case and submission of the parties this writ petition being WPA 16689 of 2023 is disposed of by directing the authority concerned to process the application in question of the petitioner in accordance with law and finalise the same within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order subject to compliance of all the legal formalities which are required to be complied by the

petitioner for getting commercial connection including making application under Procedure B. (Md. Nizamuddin, J.)
