Learned advocate representing the petitioner Mr. Debarshi Brahma submits that he has received No Objection vakalatnama from the petitioner and has filed the same in the Department on 19th August, 2025.

Learned advocate has produced a written communication from the petitioner signed on 19th August, 2025 mentioning that some portion of the unauthorised construction by the private respondent has been demolished.

The petitioner intends to withdraw the contempt case that is pending.

In view of the communication made by the petitioner expressing his intention to withdraw the contempt petition, the contempt application stands dismissed as 'not pressed'.

The communicating letter of the petitioner dated 19th August, 2025 be retained with the records. 6.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
