Mr. Kar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner fairly submits that the charge sheet and the enquiry report challenged in the present writ petition has now culminated into an order of termination of the petitioner. Therefore, he prays for withdrawal of the present writ petition with a liberty to file a writ petition on a comprehensive cause of action.

Accordingly, W.P.A. 16690 of 2023 is dismissed as withdrawn.
