1. Affidavit of service filed in Court today is taken on record.

2. The petitioner seeks new electricity connection for running submersible pump. He has deposited the money as quoted by the Distribution Company Limited.

Connection, however, connection is yet to be effected.

3. From the instruction forwarded by the District Engineer and the Station Manager dated 16th July, 2024 it appears that connection could not be given because the Boro cultivation was going on. The instruction mentions that as soon as the field is in a proper working condition, connection will be effected.

4. In view of the above, the instant writ petition is

disposed of by directing the Station Manager to take steps for giving connection at the earliest convenient time.

5. Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
