The petitioners have alleged that the respondent nos. 6 to 9 have raised certain unauthorised construction on a Doba situated at L.R. plot no. 305 within Mouza Jathharananda, J.L. no. 177, Police Station Dhaniakhali, District Hooghly.

It is further alleged that a stop work notice was issued by the Pradhan of the Belmuri Gram Panchayat some time on February 8, 2021. It is submitted that despite service of such stop work notice, the alleged unauthorized construction is going on.

The Court does not find from the records that the petitioners have approached the appropriate authority under the law, alleging violation of the stop work notice.

The writ petition is disposed of without any orders.

The petitioners are at liberty to approach the appropriate authority in accordance with law, with their grievances.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. However, there will be no order as to costs.

All the parties are directed to act on the basis of server copy of this order and/or the learned advocate's communication.
