1. With the consent finally heard.

2. The grievance highlighted in this PIL is in relation to alleged illegal and unauthorized construction carried out by the private respondent nos.8 and 9 herein.

3. The petitioners lodged a complaint before the concerned authorities against the private respondents with regard to the illegal and unauthorized construction encroaching the public road and causing immense loss and prejudice to the public at large.

4. The State respondent submits that the representation in question does not feature the details of the land in question.

5. Considering the above, the petitioners are directed to file a comprehensive representation before the respondent no.4 within a period of fortnight from the date of communication of the order.

6. The respondent no.4 shall dispose of the same by passing a reasoned order by affording an opportunity of hearing to all the concerned parties. Thereafter the order shall be communicated to the petitioners.

7. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of 60 days from the date on which the representation is submitted.

8. With the aforesaid, this PIL is disposed of without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case.
