We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner and co-accused had dishonestly induced a number of persons to part with their money on the false promise of giving Government employment. Custodial interrogation for progress of investigation and in view of gravity of offence do not persuade us to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail.
