The learned advocate for the private respondent in the appeal would submit that the documents produced by him was not considered by the District Magistrate while passing the order dated 26th May, 2023. It is submitted by the learned advocate for the WBSEDCL that the District Magistrate had heard all the parties including the private respondent in the appeal. Therefore, if the private respondent has any grievance against the order of the District Magistrate it has to be challenged before the appropriate forum and the correctness of the said order cannot be gone

into in this contempt application. Accordingly, the contempt application is disposed of.
