Report submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the State be also kept with the record. The petitioner is aggrieved by the progress of investigation of Parnashree P.S. Case No. 111 dated 12.02.2025.

State has submitted a report which reflects that on conclusion of investigation, charge-sheet has been submitted before the jurisdictional court and prayer has been advanced for issuance of processes against the accused persons named in the FIR.

In view of the police authorities having concluded the investigation, I direct that the learned Magistrate in seisin of the case would expedite the process for appearance and/or tracing out the accused persons. In case the petitioner is aggrieved so far as the outcome of the investigation is concerned, petitioner will invoke the necessary provisions of BNSS/Cr.P.C before the jurisdictional

court. Learned Magistrate would consider the same in accordance with law and pass necessary directions as he deems fit and proper.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 16651 of 2025 is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
