Considering the statement of the victim directly implicating the petitioner for the stab injury and having considered the nature of the injury and the transactions in which it is alleged that the de facto complainant has been duped, we are not inclined to allow the application for anticipatory bail.

2. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail stands rejected.
