This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner being aggrieved by inaction on the part of the respondent authority concerned in disposing of the representation of the petitioner dated 4th March, 2020 being annexure P/8 at page 39 of the writ petition making prayer for waiving off interest and keeping in abeyance demand in question.

Without going into the merits and legality of the aforesaid representation dated 4th March, 2020 this writ petition being WPA 17221 of 2022 is disposed of by directing the authority concerned to consider and dispose of the aforesaid representation strictly in accordance with law, within four weeks from the date of communication of this order and to communicate this decision within two weeks thereafter.
