Learned lawyer for the State opposes the bail prayer. We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner has been identified in the course of Test Identification Parade as one of the assailants. His bail prayer was rejected earlier on merits. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected.
