Affidavit of service filed by the petitioners is taken on record.

The petitioners are the applicants for grant of stage carriage permit for the route Magra to Kalyani More. Mr. Khan, learned advocate appearing for the writ petitioners indicates to the two notifications dated 8th April, 2003 and 20th February, 2013 respectively, to submit that the later i.e. dated 20th February, 2013 has superseded the earlier one i.e. 8th April, 2003. Further that, this Court by dint of an order dated 2nd July, 2013 has set aside the notification dated 20th February, 2013.

Therefore, he submits that the embargo as was imposed by the said two notifications upon the kind of vehicle which the petitioners want to introduce in the said route, are no more in operation in view of the fact as above.

As to the submission as above, the State authority has no serious objection to raise.

In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, I find it proper to dispose of the present writ petition directing the respondent no.

to consider the applications of the writ petitioners for grant of permit. Let the same be considered and decided within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order the office of the respondent no. 2. In doing so, the concerned respondent shall afford opportunity of hearing to the petitioners and dispose of the applications for grant of permit as submitted by the writ petitioner by dint of a reasoned order. After an order being passed, by the said respondent it shall communicate the same to the petitioner within a period of one week thereafter.

The writ petition is disposed of.

Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all formalities.
