Jana, learned advocate appearing for the petitioners wish to withdraw the present revisional application and prays for liberty to file afresh as the order sheet is not enclosed along with the present revisional application.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner is directed to hand over a copy of the revisional application to Ms. Debjani Sahu, learned advocate who ordinarily appears on behalf of the State. Her appearance should be regularized by the concerned authorities.

As the petitioner has prayed for withdrawal of the revisional application with liberty to file afresh, the department is directed to return the certified copy of the charge-sheet to the advocate on record after the same is replaced by photostat2 copy.

Accordingly, CRR 2751 of 2022 is dismissed as not pressed.

Pending applications, if any, is consequently disposed of.
