Petitioners apprehend harassment as they have married against the wish of the parents of the petitioner no. 1.

State has submitted a report wherein information was furnished to the police authorities. Police authorities have conducted enquiry and found that the petitioner no. 1 is married to the petitioner no. 2. Both of them being adults, police authorities have refrained from taking any action.

In view of the aforesaid circumstances no interference is called for from this Court.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 16620 of 2025 is disposed of.
