Learned counsel for the petitioner has placed an order dated 09/08.12/25 passed in MAT Suit No. 322 of 2024 passed by the learned Additional District Judge, FTC-II, Raigunj.

The petitioner/wife herein had preferred this application praying for transfer of Matrimonial Suit No. 322 of 2024 pending before the Learned District Judge, Uttar Dinajpur at Raigunj, District-Uttar Dinajpur to Jalpaiguri.

During pendency of the revisional application the above order has been passed wherein it appears that the husband/opposite party has withdrawn the matrimonial suit.

Accordingly, the petitioner submits that she does not proceed with the present revisional application.

The revisional application is accordingly disposed of as infructuous.
