Mr. Atarup Banerjee Mr. Subhas Jana ...for the petitioner Mr, Bhaskar Prasad Vaisya ...for the respondent Learned advocate for the petitioner has submitted that after the order passed by this Court on 14.01.2022, the school has issued 'no objection' certificate. Subsequently, the petitioner filed her application for transfer through Utsasree portal. The application has been sent by the District Inspector of Schools to the West Bengal Central School Service Commission thereafter. Now, the prayer of the petitioner is for a direction upon the West Bengal Central School Service Commission being the respondent no.3 to take immediate steps for transfer of the teacher from her present school to the other. I direct the West Bengal Central School Service Commission to take appropriate steps immediately and not later of 15 days from the date of receipt of this order. The petitioner is directed to serve a copy

of this order upon the West Bengal Central School Service Commission immediately.

With the above observation and direction this matter is disposed.
