The Pradhan of the Gram Panchayat has forwarded all relevant documents to the Sub Divisional Officer, Uluberia, Howrah for taking further steps in the matter. In view of the aforesaid submission, it appears that the order passed by this Court has been substantially complied with.

There is no requirement to proceed with the contempt application any further.

The contempt application stands disposed of.

It will be open for the petitioner to pursue the matter before the Sub Divisional Officer for implementation of the order passed by the Pradhan of the Gram Panchayat.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on completion of usual formalities.
