Learned advocate for the State, on instruction from the investigating officer, submits that the 'Birth Certificate' of the victim girl has been seized.

In case, the victim girl is found to be minor, the case of Kotwali PS Case No. 572 of 2023 dated 24.08.2023 should be transmitted without any delay to

the learned jurisdictional Special Court dealing with the POCSO cases.

The Investigating Officer will forthwith take necessary steps and by putting in further efforts take the investigation to its logical conclusion.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 17615 of 2024 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.
