It appeared that the claimants have already withdrawn the compensation awarded in MACC 44 of 2015 as per the report submitted.

The learned advocate representing the appellant Insurance Company is therefore to withdraw the statutory amount deposited at the office of the Registrar General along with accrued interest to be transmitted to the account of the respondent Insurance Company, through a cheque. The learned advocate representing the appellant Insurance Company further submitted that since the order of the learned Tribunal had been complied with by the appellant/Insurance Company and the amount of compensation granted by the concerned Learned Tribunal have been

withdrawn by the claimant. The appellant Insurance Company is no longer willing to proceed with the hearing of the instant appeal.

Under such circumstances, the instant appeal is disposed of on the ground that the same be withdrawn.
