It is the grievance of the petitioner that her prayer for removal of an electricity meter installed at 51/2A, Satchshi Para Road, Kolkata - 700002 has not yet been considered by CESC.

Attention of the Court has been drawn to a representation dated 26th June, 2024, appearing at page 42 of the writ petition.

CESC is not represented.

There is no necessity to keep this writ petition pending.

Accordingly, WPA 17622 of 2024 is disposed of with a direction upon the District Engineer, North Regional Office, CESC, to consider the

representation dated 26th June, 2024, appearing at page 42 of the writ petition, and to take necessary steps within one month from the date of this order. Accordingly, WPA 17622 of 2024 stands disposed of.
