Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that considering the period of detention of the petitioner and considering the fact that police filed charge sheet, the prayer for bail should be considered. Learned Advocate appearing for the State submits that the petitioner is guilty of not only trafficking but also impersonating different persons. He draws the attention of the Court to the materials in the case diary.

Considering the materials in the case diary, the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner in the alleged offence, we are unable to grant bail to the petitioner.

The prayer for bail is rejected.

CRM 7332 of 2021 is, accordingly, dismissed.
