1. Affidavit of service filed in Court today is taken on record.

2. Affidavit-in-opposition filed on behalf of the respondent no. 3 is taken on record.

3. In the opposition the Bank has annexed the copy of the passbook of the petitioner wherefrom, it appears that, the closing balance in the petitioner's account is Rs. 92,52,672.70/. The last three transactions from the said account of the petitioner were made to the account of the complainant in terms of the order passed by the Court.

4. According to the Bank, the investigation in respect of the complaint lodged against the petitioner's bank account, is continuing and the said account has been reported to be involved in various fraudulent transactions. The amount involved in such fraudulent transactions is yet to be ascertained.

5. It has been submitted that there are several complaints lodged against the bank account of the petitioner and there is every probability that, the bank account of the petitioner is used for

money laundering purpose. The complaints against the bank account are from different States of the country and not under a single police station.

6. In view of the facts mentioned hereinabove, the court is not inclined to pass any order to defreeze the bank account of the petitioner, at this stage in the midst of the investigation.

7. It will be open for the petitioner to avail other remedy, in accordance with law, is so advised.

8. The writ petition stands disposed of.

9. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
