The matter was last heard on 09.10.2020 The present criminal revision of the year 2019 is filed praying for quashing of proceeding being G.R Case No.1460 of 2018 arising out of Balarampur Police Station Case No.111/18 dated 05.11.2018 under Sections 294/500/506 of the IPC pending before the learned CJM, Purulia.

As none appears for the petitioner in spite of repeated calls since the date of listing, the revisional application stands dismissed for default.

Application, if any, connected thereto stands disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance and to proceed with the trial expeditiously, if not disposed of, in accordance with law.
