Report submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the State be also kept with the record. A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner.

The petitioner complains that he is unable to enter his property because of disturbance and chaos created by the private respondents. To that effect, petitioner has informed the police authorities on or about 09.06.2025. However, no steps have been taken.

State has submitted a report which reflects that there is a trench over which the petitioner intends to construct new road and said construction may obstruct the traditional immersion process of Durga Puja which was organised by the local residents.

Be that as it may, since police authorities have hardly any role to exert, I am of the view that the petitioner should approach the civil court for

necessary directions. No interference is called for by this Court.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 16632 of 2025 is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
