The Civil Revision has been preferred praying for expeditious disposal of Misc. Case No. 14/2021 (arising out of O.S. No. 1/21) pending before the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, 1st Court Bongaon, North 24 Parganas.

Considering the nature of relief prayed for service is dispensed with.

On hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner, it appears that the Misc Case is pending for 5 years.

Accordingly, the Trial Court is directed to dispose of the Misc Case being no. 14 of 2021 within 30 days from the date of communication of this order, date of this order (and if engaged in SIR, then six months thereafter) in accordance with law, on hearing the parties. And also make all endeavour to dispose of the original suit expeditiously, preferably within six months from the date of this order. 5.

CO 2454 of 2024 is disposed of.

Applications, if any, connected thereto stand disposed of consequently.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

8.

Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on priority basis upon compliance of all formalities.
