Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner seeks to deposit the entire dues for taking back electricity connection and, as such, seeks to withdraw the writ petition.

Accordingly, WPA No. 16713 of 2023 is dismissed as withdrawn without any order as to costs.

In the event the petitioner deposits all dues and necessary charges, as required under law, the Distribution Licensee shall be at liberty to reconnect the electricity supply of the petitioner. Written instruction of the petitioner filed today in Court be kept on record.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the

parties upon compliance with the requisite formalities.
