It is submitted by the learned Advocate-on-record for the petitioner that after filing of the present revisional application another revision challenging the order of the learned Magistrate has been preferred before the learned Sessions Judge on 16.10.2023 and in view of the said fact that the matter is sub judice before the Court of Sessions, the petitioner is not willing to proceed with the present revision at this stage.

Accordingly, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the present revisional application.

The present revisional application is accordingly disposed of 'as withdrawn'.

Liberty to sue afresh at the appropriate stage. All connected applications, if any, stand disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
