Ali Ahasan .......for the petitioner Mr. Swapan Kumar Dutta Mr. Tapas Kumar Dey .....for the State The grievance of the petitioner is that the representations made by the petitioner to the Principal of the concerned College and received by the latter in January and February, 2021 have not been responded to by the College.

The petitioner's father died in harness on 30th January, 2018. The petitioner belongs to Scheduled Tribe community and prays that compassionate appointment be given to her.

The State is represented.

WPA 17771 of 2021 is disposed of with a direction on the respondent no.2, being the Director of Public Instruction, to dispose of the representations of the petitioner in accordance with law by way of a reasoned order upon hearing all concerned parties including the petitioner within a period of six weeks from date.
