Ghosh .....for the State Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner hands up a hand written letter of 11th February, 2023 seeking to withdraw the writ petition. The ground given is that the writ petition does not contain relevant facts and documents. Counsel further submits that that the writ petition contains defective prayers. Counsel prays for liberty to file afresh.

The respondent is represented.

WPA 17769 of 2021 is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.

Interim orders, if any, shall stand vacated and all connected applications are disposed of.

Since the writ petition was filed on 10th November, 2021 and the petitioner seeks to withdraw the writ petition on 23rd March, 2023, the petitioner shall pay costs of Rs. 10,000/- to Helpage India within a fortnight from date.

The letter is kept on record.

Liberty to file afresh.
