Due to inadvertent mistake at the top in the order dated 13th August, 2025, in the appearance portion, the names of learned advocates appearing for the State "Mr. Saryati Dutta and Ms. Trisha Rakshit" shall be deleted and in its place, the names of the learned advocates for the State "Mr. Ranabir Roy Chowdhury and Ms.

Debjani Sahu", shall be inserted.
