The matter has appeared in the list for correction of the order dated 18th July, 2024. Fourth paragraph in page 2 of the order dated 18th July, 2024 has been wrongly inserted. The paragraph shall be deleted. In place of the said paragraph, the following paragraph shall be inserted. Recalculation of the petitioners' pay by giving benefit of 'A' category scale of pay on and from June, 2006 shall be made positively within four weeks from the date of communication of this order and the benefit shall be disbursed immediately thereafter.

Rest of the order remains unaltered.

The department is directed to carry out the necessary correction at once.

Let this order be read along with the order dated 18th July, 2024.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order be supplied to the parties, if applied for, upon compliance of all legal formalities.
