Petitioners seek bail.

Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that there was a dispute between the families. The petitioners also sustained injuries. He submits that the petitioners were arrested on May 26, 2021.

Learned Advocate appearing for State draws the attention of the Court to the statement recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure as also to the statement recorded under Section 161 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Considering the gravity of the offence, the complicity of the petitioners therein and the statement recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, we are unable to grant bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail, C.R.M. 7337 of 2021, is rejected at this stage.
