This is an application under Article 226 of the Constitution of India wherein the writ petitioner is seeking an answer to her application under Section 19 of the Right to Information Act, 2005 (hereinafter referred to as the 'RTI Act, 2005') before the first appellate authority. The said application was made on July 5, 2019 and no response has been received by the petitioner. 2.

In light of the above submission, the first appellate authority is directed to reply to the petitioner in relation to the application under Section 19 of the RTI Act, 2005 within a period of six weeks from date.

With the above direction the writ petition is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs. 4.

Since no affidavit-in-opposition is called for, the allegations made in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
