He has been falsely implicated in the case. He prays for anticipatory bail.

Learned lawyer for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

We have considered materials on record. Statement of the minor lady implicates the petitioner in attempting to ravish her. In view of the aforesaid statement and the nature of offence we are of the opinion this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
