Arun Kumar Sengupta v. State Of West Bengal & ORS
Sr.44 28-09-2021 Subha.
Court no. 34
IN THE HIGH COURT AT CALCUTTA
CRIMINAL REVISIONAL JURISDICTION APPELLATE SIDE ( Via Video Conference ) CRR 2351 of 2012 In the matter of : Arun Kumar Sengupta ....petitioner. In Re : An application under Section 401 read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
Mrs. Debjani Sahu .....for the State.
The revisional application has been preferred challenging the order dated 22.03.2012 passed by the learned Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Calcutta. The order under challenge reflects that the learned Magistrate was pleased to discharge the accused persons and accepted the final report. Mrs. Sahu, learned advocate for the State has submitted a report of the Officer-in-Charge, Taltala Police Station. Let the report be kept with the record. Having regard to the fact that the police authorities on completion of investigation arrived at a finding that the dispute is of civil nature, I am of the view that no interference is required by this court at this belated stage.
Accordingly, the present revisional application being CRR 2351 of 2012 is dismissed.
All pending applications, if any, in connection with revisional application, are consequently disposed of. Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
All parties are to act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this court. ( Tirthankar Ghosh, J. )
