Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner was falsely implicated.

Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that, the petitioner took money from the public with the promise to give employment and was found moving around in a vehicle bearing a 'blue beacon light' and a board of 'Government of India'.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner and considering the fact that the petitioner dealt with the public in the manner as appearing in the case diary, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected and the application being CRM 7338 of 2021 is dismissed.
