Earlier this revisional application was called on 14.06.2023 when none appeared on behalf of the petitioners. Today also when the matter is called, none represented the petitioners.

Ms. Debjani Sahu, learned advocate, who ordinarily appears for the State, is directed to represent the State. Her appointment may be regularised by the concerned authorities.

I have perused the contentions advanced in the present revisional application which relates to the proceedings in connection with Jaypur Police Station Case No. 34 of 2017 dated 12.02.20217 under Sections 448/323/325/ 354B/379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Records of this revisional application reflect that the petitioners challenge the charge-sheet which was filed before the jurisdictional court being the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Uluberia. The said charge-sheet was filed on or about 26.04.2017. Having regard to the period which has lapsed in the meantime as well as the fact that none of the documents under Section 207 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been enclosed along with the present revisional application, I

am of the opinion that there is no scope for interference by this Court on the cryptic set of papers so made available. Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 2760 of 2022 is dismissed.

Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
