Learned counsel for the State submits that the instant writ petition is not maintainable.

He submits petitioner is an unsuccessful candidate having secured very less mark than the successful candidate.

However, as the petitioner is no turning up, he might have lost interest to proceed with this matter further.

Under the above circumstances, the instant writ petition is dismissed for default.
